Thursday 25th April saw our first ever visit to Cold Comfort Scotland conference and exhibition in Falkirk.
The Cold Comfort Scotland conference aims to increase the knowledge and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of winter service operatives in Scotland. Using best practice case studies, technical sessions and debate and discussion, Cold Comfort Scotland considers every aspect of the winter service delivery sector as well as some of the new products, concepts and innovations being used on the road network.
TrueViewVisuals were exhibiting for the first time, amongst a variety of key suppliers to the winter maintenance industry. Needless to say, not only did we learn so much more about the winter maintenance industry, but we also came home with a load of new mugs and USB pens – thanks to Archway Roadmaster
Showcasing our services for local authorities, we help deliver innovative new community-focussed services through the web, mobile and voice activation. Providing 24/7 on-demand access to winter maintenance information.
The publicity that proceeded the show meant that the team were busy running demonstrations and answering queries. If you didn’t manage to catch us at a free or convenient moment, please contact us directly.
In addition to exhibiting, Theresa Mackin, Business Support Manager from The Ayrshire Roads Alliance also presented at the conference, demonstrating the online gritter tracker we developed for them, along with a video demonstration of our new Amazon Alexa voice activated skill for locating gritters at your current location.
Thank you to everyone who visited and we will be popping down to the Cold Comfort Conference and Exhibition in Harrogate on the 15th and 16th of May. If you would like to meet up with us, please do get in touch with us at hello@trueviewvisuals.com
